Karen Colberg

Karen Colberg has an extensive work experience, starting from their role as a Financial Management Program Graduate at GE in 1986. Karen then worked as a Divisional Merchandise Manager at Gap from 1991 to 1999. In 2005, they joined King Arthur Baking Company as the Director of Merchandising, and later became the Vice President & General Manager, Direct-to-Consumer from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer and then became the Co-CEO of the company from 2014 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at King Arthur Baking Company. Additionally, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at High Mowing Organic Seeds from 2018 to 2021.

Karen Colberg completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Colgate University from 1982 to 1986. Karen then pursued their MBA at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1989 to 1991.
