Mohamed Rasheed Almaraj

Mohamed Rasheed Almaraj is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Retail Banking at Bank ABC and a member of the Board of Directors for SABB, King Fahd Causeway Authority, and Bahrain Car Parks Company, Mohamed also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at ila Bank, overseeing strategic and operational performance. Previously, Mohamed served as Chief Operating Officer of Bank ABC's Neobank division, Vice President of Group Strategy, and has a background in investment banking with Perella Weinberg Partners. Educationally, Mohamed graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
