Aline Scherer

Aline Scherer is currently serving as a Projektassistenz Innovationsförderung at VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH since November 2024. Previously, Aline held the position of Office & Sustainability Manager at Turbine Kreuzberg from July 2022 to November 2024 and also worked as an Office-Manager there. Aline's experience includes a research stay at Asociación Proyecto MIRIAM focusing on reforms of the comprehensive violence protection law against women in Nicaragua in early 2020, as well as involvement in international collaboration at TERRE DES FEMMES e. V. in late 2019. Additional experience includes an assistant director role at HexenBerg Theaterproduktionsgesellschaft gGmbH in 2017. Aline holds a Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Latin American Studies from Freie Universität Berlin, completed in August 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies and Spanish Philology from the University of Potsdam, earned in 2018, with a semester abroad at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2015 to 2016.
