Nduwayezu Samuel

Nduwayezu Samuel BScN, RN is an accomplished nursing professional with diverse experience in both clinical and leadership roles. As Executive Director of the HEZA Initiative since July 2022, and Co-Founder/Chairman of HEZA EGG HUB since June 2023, Nduwayezu focuses on empowering smallholder farmers in Rwanda through social enterprise. Additional roles include serving as an EVWA Change Maker for the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens, mentoring alumni at Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village, and volunteering with Operation Smile. Nduwayezu has gained extensive practical experience through internships at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda and the University Teaching Hospital of Kigali – CHUK, alongside prior roles in COVID-19 vaccination efforts and community health education. Nduwayezu holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rwanda and a high school diploma from Petit Seminaire St Jean Nkumba.
