Crespin Castillo PMI

Crespin Castillo is a project manager and estimator with over 20 years of experience in CAD, CAFM, and project management. Crespin began their career in 1999 as a CAD Manager at Lane & Smart Arch and has since held positions at VW international US ARMY, BRG / USAA, Statewide Remodeling, Farr Builders Llc, and Alpha Building Corporation. In their most recent role at King & George, LLC, they serve as a Project Manager and Estimator. Throughout their career, Crespin has managed on-site subcontractor activities, implemented construction execution plans, monitored construction productivity and schedule performance, and managed CAD teams of up to eight people.

Crespin Castillo PMI has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Project Management from Bellevue University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2000 to 2002, but did not complete a degree. Crespin has also earned an Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Tech from 1997 to 1999, and an Associate Degree in Computer Programming and Networking from Southwest Texas Junior College from 1996 to 1997. In November 2016, they obtained both OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications from the American Safety Council, Inc.
