Noorhan al-Zan

Noorhan Al-Zan, CFA, MBA, is a distinguished founder and CEO of Noor Consultancy & Coaching, which specializes in start-up and SME consultancy, career coaching, and training in technical and leadership skills. With extensive experience in the finance sector, Noorhan has held pivotal roles such as Senior Lecturer at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance, where expertise in banking and investments is shared, and Institutional Review Board Member at King Hamad University Hospital, providing ethical assessments of research initiatives. Previously, Noorhan was the Manager of Treasury & Investments at Ahli United Bank, led the development of the first MENA-based mentorship program for the CFA community through QODWA, and served on the Board of CFA Society Bahrain. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA focused on Sustainable Finance from the University of Strathclyde, along with multiple certifications in banking and finance.
