Don Pflug

Don Pflug has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Don is currently Senior Vice President Operations at King Koil Licensing Company, Inc, where they oversee operations. Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Identity Group, where they led manufacturing operations and project management. Before that, they were Executive Vice President Operations at Southerland, Inc, and Vice President at Tempur Sealy International. Don also held multiple roles at Sealy, including Vice President of Operations - East Region and Director of Manufacturing. Additionally, they worked at Dietrich Industries as a Plant Manager, overseeing secondary steel processing and roll forming operations. Overall, Don Pflug has a proven track record of successfully leading manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement.

Don Pflug received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Marietta College in the years 1984-1988.
