Leonard Jenkins has extensive work experience in the beverage industry, including roles at King of Pops, The Coca-Cola Company, Minute Maid Company, and Procter & Gamble. Leonard started their career at Procter & Gamble as an Inventor, where they co-invented an international patent for an anti-microbial preservative system used in non-carbonated beverages. Leonard then joined Minute Maid Company as the Manager of Packaging Innovation, leading a team in developing next-generation packaging solutions for the Minute Maid and Simply Orange brands. At The Coca-Cola Company, Jenkins served as a Global Director for eight years. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Manufacturing Operations and Innovation at King of Pops, where they centralize manufacturing, leads innovation platforms, and achieves impressive results.

Leonard Jenkins attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1983 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering and focused on the field of Engineering. Following a significant gap in their education, Leonard resumed their studies in 2010 at the University of California, Davis. Leonard completed the Applied Sensory and Consumer Science Certificate Program during their time there, which lasted from 2010 to 2011.
