Paul Coursen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and reliability engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at King & Prince Seafood since January 2022, Paul manages a capital budget of approximately $3.5 million. Previous roles include implementing a preventative maintenance program and conducting root cause analysis that resulted in significant annual cost savings at King & Prince Seafood and Enviva. Paul has a strong background in capital project management, equipment reliability optimization, and maintenance strategy development, evidenced by successful roles at TIMET, Arconic, Southern Nuclear, and Delta Air Lines.
