Michelle Roter

Michelle Roter is a Senior Conflicts & Ethics Attorney at King & Spalding, having joined the firm in September 2021 after serving as a Corporate Associate at Hochheiser & Akmal PLLC from November 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Michelle held the position of Associate in Executive Compensation & ERISA at Fried Frank from September 2018 to March 2020 and worked as a Law Clerk at Hofstra Law Review, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Notes Editor from March 2017 to May 2018. Michelle's initial experience in the legal field also includes a Summer Law Clerk position at Fried Frank in 2017 and a Paralegal role at Douglas & London, P.C. from June 2014 to June 2015. Michelle obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University.
