Natasha A. Austin

Natasha A. Austin currently serves as the Strategic Head of Sponsor Relationships in the Finance & Restructuring Group at King & Spalding, having joined the firm in August 2023. With extensive experience in business development within the private equity sector, Natasha previously held senior business development manager roles at Reed Smith LLP and Sidley Austin LLP. Additionally, Natasha has been consulting for Curragh Realty since January 2010, where responsibilities include evaluating property performance and managing capital improvement budgets. Earlier career experiences include a director position at Ashurst and an associate role at Merrill Lynch. Natasha holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
