Ruth Byrne Kc

Ruth Byrne KC is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and Solicitor Advocate at King & Spalding since December 2011, Ruth has a strong background in enforcement and financial crime from a previous role at the Financial Services Authority. Ruth's legal career began at Herbert Smith LLP, where responsibilities included serving as a Solicitor Advocate in international arbitration. Educational credentials include an LLM in Public International Law from UCL, a PgDL/LPC in Law and Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University, and a MA in Spanish and French from the University of Cambridge.
