Jessica Bounds

Jessica Bounds is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in general commercial dispute resolution, particularly in competition law, media law, defamation law, consumer law, intellectual property law, and social media legal issues. Currently serving as a Legal Project Manager at King & Wood Mallesons since May 2021, Jessica previously held positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel at Tabcorp and Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons. Jessica's legal career began with a Graduate Lawyer role, which included rotations in Corporate M&A, Banking, and IP Litigation. Additional experience includes a secondee role at Sportsbet and a seasonal clerkship at Arnold Bloch Leibler. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce with a focus on Public Relations, both from Monash University.
