Patrick Mulcare

Patrick was in Sales and Marketing in London from 1994 until he moved to Oxford in 1997 to work in Language Training and Development. Patrick joined Spratt Endicott as a Solicitor in 2008, becoming an Associate in 2013. Patrick was promoted to Partner in 2015.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor, Patrick has worked exclusively in Family Law. He deals with divorce and separation issues and has worked on a number of high-value and property-related matters. Patrick strives to resolve disputes without court intervention, although he has conducted a broad variety of matters over recent years, both in and out of court.

Patrick is a Resolution-trained Family Mediator and a Resolution Accredited Family Law Specialist. He writes regularly on Family Law for legal websites and other publications. Patrick has also been admitted as a solicitor in Ireland.
