Thomas Gosden

Thomas Gosden is an accomplished data scientist currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at King since November 2018, having previously held roles as Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a research position as an ARC Early Career Research Fellow at The University of Queensland, examining the evolution of sex differences due to shared genomes, and a six-month stint as a Marie Curie International Returning Fellow at Lunds universitet, where Thomas focused on advanced statistical modeling and authored multiple research papers. Earlier, Thomas contributed as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Queensland, assessing statistical approaches in sexual selection and mentoring students. Academic credentials include a PhD in Animal Ecology and an MSc in Biology from Lund University, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Conservation Ecology from London South Bank University and a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Finance.
