Abdulrahman al Golaiga

Abdulrahman Al Golaiga currently serves as the General Manager of Budget Planning & Execution at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, overseeing budgeting strategies for the Education, Health, Social, and General Management sectors since January 2019. In addition to this role, Abdulrahman is a Council Member at the Saudi Health Council. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director and Operations Manager at Al-Jeel Medical, where responsibilities encompassed sales, service, finance, and operational management. Abdulrahman also held various positions at GE Healthcare from January 2002 to December 2014, including Supply Chain & Cash Collection Manager, where direct oversight of supply chain activities and cash flow improvements was achieved. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Open University of Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University.
