Haifa Alkhidhr

Haifa AlKhidhr is currently leading the Service Management Office at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, overseeing functions of Service Delivery within IT operations. Prior to this, Haifa worked at DXC Technology as a Service Delivery Lead and Service Manager, focusing on Application Services. With experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Change Manager and Application Services Analyst, Haifa has a strong background in IT operations and service management. Haifa began their career as a Business Services Analyst at SADAD Payment System, working with banks and billers. Haifa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from King Saud University and has completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at the University of Oxford.
