Noura AlKholiaf, PMP, is a seasoned professional in the field of governance and information technology with extensive experience spanning various notable organizations. Currently serving as a Governance Officer and previously as a Governance Specialist at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia since April 2018, Noura has strengthened governance frameworks within the public sector. Prior experience includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer and Assistant Systems Engineer, as well as technical positions at Cisco and Laureate Vocational Saudi Arabia, where Noura held leadership roles in helpdesk operations. Noura AlKholiaf earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on Information Technology from King Saud University between 2007 and 2012.
