Saloom Alshedoukhi

Saloom Alshedoukhi currently serves as the Head of Fraud Prevention at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Saloom held the role of AVP of Fraud Prevention & Assessment at The Saudi Investment Bank from August 2023 to March 2025, where responsibilities included conducting fraud risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Saloom's experience also encompasses serving as Head of the Anti-Fraud Department at the National Bank of Kuwait from May 2022 to August 2023, focusing on establishing compliance with regulatory frameworks and developing governance documents. From March 2007 to April 2022, Saloom was employed at Al Rajhi Bank, progressing through several positions, including Senior Manager of Fraud Investigation, Team Leader of Fraud Investigation, Senior Fraud Examiner, and Operations Manager, with a consistent emphasis on enhancing fraud detection and prevention measures across various capacities.
