Rachel Judd has extensive experience in program coordination and data analysis, currently serving as the Program Coordination & Optimization Lead and Data Analyst at Kingdom Workers since April 2019. Prior roles at Bethesda Lutheran Communities include Development Associate, Corporate Event Coordinator, Program Manager, and Business Coordinator from 2011 to 2019. Rachel Judd holds a Master of Program Evaluation & Data Analytics from Arizona State University, expected in 2024, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from the same institution.
