Steven Shane Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Steven Shane started their career in 1997 as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps, where they gained expertise in constructing and maintaining buildings and structures, as well as performing tasks related to demolitions and landmine warfare. Steven Shane later served as a Marine Security Guard, providing internal security for U.S. Embassies and Consulates.
After their military career, Steven worked as an IT Peer Tutor at Southern New Hampshire University, where they assisted other students in understanding and interpreting the IT curriculum.

Steven Shane Miller earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University. Steven Shane attended the university from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from American Military University from 2001 to 2006. Steven's highest level of education before attending American Military University was completing their high school education at Odessa High School. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in August 2018 and CompTIA Security+ from the same institution in January 2019.
