Anand Krishnan

Anand Krishnan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud and reliability, site reliability engineering, and platform engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Cloud and Reliability at Kingfisher plc, Anand previously held the position of Director of SRE at Happening and led multiple high-performance teams at Funding Circle UK as Head of Engineering, SRE, and Developer Experience. Key achievements include building SRE and Developer Experience functions from the ground up, managing a substantial AWS budget, driving cost savings, and implementing incident management processes. Anand has also held leadership roles at Culture Trip, The Telegraph, Which?, and News International, demonstrating a strong track record in team building, process optimization, and architectural design. Anand holds a BSc. (Hons) in Physics from the University of Sussex.
