Janine Finestone

Janine Finestone is an experienced People Manager currently leading People Operations at SuperSportBet and KingMakers since November 2023 and September 2020, respectively, focusing on fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture, and driving talent acquisition. Prior to these roles, Janine held positions as Group Manager - HR at WNS Global Services SA and Senior Manager of Human Resources, Training, QA & Communications at STARTEK, alongside serving as Human Resources Manager and Specialist at JRBEST from 2009 to 2016. Janine holds a Postgraduate degree in Labour Law, an Honours degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all obtained from Nelson Mandela University.
