Keeran Subramony

Keeran Subramony is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of People at KingMakers, where responsibilities include leading people strategy and operations for a high-growth African sports betting and iGaming group. Previously, Subramony was a People Leader for the Middle East & Africa at Genpact, overseeing the employee experience and expanding the workforce to around 2,000 employees. With a strong foundation in HR roles at Massmart, including positions such as Human Resources Executive and Head of Human Resources, Subramony contributed to the alignment of people functions with business growth strategies. Early career experiences at Edcon laid the groundwork for expertise in supervision and customer service. Subramony holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Financial Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
