Rebecca Wallis

Rebecca Wallis is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of People at Vistry Group since January 2020. Wallis has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of People for Vistry Housebuilding and Senior HR Business Partner, overseeing multiple business units. Prior experience includes significant HR positions at Galliford Try Partnerships during its acquisition by Vistry Group, Strategic Team Group, Tech Data, and DSGi, where Wallis specialized in employee relations, talent management, and performance management. Wallis holds a Chartered MCIPD degree in Personnel & Development from Doncaster College.
