Mark French

Professor Mark French is Interim Executive Dean of the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences (NMES) at King’s College London and Professor of Engineering. Prior to this he was the Vice-Dean (Academic Planning) in the NMES Faculty.

Professor French's research interests are include Mathematical Systems Theory, adaptive and robust control, iterative learning control and applications to power electronics, atomic force microscopy, functional electrical stimulation for stroke rehabilitation.

Mark French was previously Professor of Mathematical Control Theory and Associate Dean (Education), Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Southampton.
