Jennifer Norris has extensive experience in consumer insights, having held various leadership positions in prominent companies. Most recently, Jennifer served as Director of Consumer Insights at King's Hawaiian from May 2019 to June 2022 and previously as Senior Manager of Consumer Insights. Prior experience includes leading US Consumer Insights for Perrier, S.Pellegrino, and Acqua Panna at Nestlé Waters North America and managing insights for YUM! Brands at PepsiCo. Jennifer also contributed to brand insights at Subway Corporation and conducted consumer research at Sun Products Corporation. Jennifer holds both MS and BS degrees in Marketing Research from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
