Aaron Milligan

Aaron Milligan is an experienced distiller currently serving as a Gin Distiller at Darnley's Gin since April 2023, where responsibility includes planning and managing a botanical garden to supply ingredients for gin and garnishes. Concurrently, since August 2022, Aaron works as a Whisky Distiller at Kingsbarns Distillery and Visitor Centre, handling new make spirit production and supervising the visitor centre. Previously, Aaron held the position of Brand Ambassador at The New Zealand Whisky Collection, promoting New Zealand whisky across Australia, and has also worked in various operational and administrative roles at Equity Trustees, Melbourne Gold Company, Datacom Accounting, and State Street, where a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and client relations was demonstrated.
