Her expertise lies in her in-depth familiarity with institutional investors and their voting guidelines as well as her thorough understanding of the corporate governance landscape.

Prior to joining Kingsdale, Lydia held senior positions at Okapi Partners LLC where she provided strategic advice to companies and investors on all proxy-related matters.
