Peter Gong

Peter Gong is currently serving as Director of Development at KingSett Capital, where Peter leads value creation strategies within the real estate portfolio. Peter previously worked at EllisDon as Director of ED Capital, focusing on residential real estate development, and at PCL Construction as a Project Manager on various projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a degree in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate Development from UBC Sauder School of Business.
