Rebecca Factor, MSc, is currently the Manager, People and Culture at KingSett Capital. Prior to their current role, Rebecca held positions at EY, Info-Tech Research Group, and Achievers, where Rebecca focused on talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Western University.
