Steven L. Jones

Steven L. Jones is an experienced educator and author specializing in Classics and Biblical Languages. Currently serving as Teaching Pastor at Kingsland Baptist Church since June 2016, Steven also holds positions as New Testament Greek Instructor at Lanier Theological Library and Adjunct Professor at Reformed Theological Seminary. Additionally, Steven lectures in Greek, Latin, and Medical Terminology at Rice University while authoring books on Medical Terminology acquisition at McGraw-Hill Education. Previous roles include Associate Professor and various leadership positions at Houston Baptist University, along with lecturing stints at Baylor University, The University of Texas at Austin, and Trinity University. Steven holds a PhD in Classics from The University of Texas at Austin and multiple degrees in Biblical Languages and Classical Studies.
