Jacinta H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jacinta currently serves as the Head of Commercial & Legal Operations at Kingsley Napley, where they focus on optimizing client experience, performance, efficiency, and profitability. Prior to this, Jacinta worked as the Operations Manager, Immigration at Kingsley Napley and was involved in firm-wide and cross-practice strategic projects.

Before joining Kingsley Napley, they worked at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP as an Operations Manager, leading international and cross-functional projects to improve business processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Jacinta also served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner.

Jacinta has also worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, Simpson Grierson as a Legal Administrator/Personal Assistant, Matheson as a Legal Personal Assistant, QCA as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs, and Young Hunter as a Legal Executive. Overall, Jacinta has a strong background in legal operations, project management, and providing strategic advice.

Jacinta H. completed a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand between 2012 and 2017. Jacinta is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Otago from 2022 to 2024. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold various certifications including the British Quality Foundation Business Black Belt Programme, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Fundamentals and Business Agility, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Legal Executive Certificate from the New Zealand Law Society, Managing Safely® from IOSH, and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
