Ali Brainard

Ali Brainard is the current Vice President, Senior Talent Acquisition at Kingsley Gate Partners. Prior to this, they were with NBT Bank as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager from September 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager from February 2018 to September 2020.

Brainard began their career at Morgan Samuels, where they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & HR from September 2017 to February 2018, and as the Director, Recruiting from October 2015 to September 2017.

Brainard is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record in identifying and attracting top talent. Ali has a deep understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodologies and has applied them successfully to their work in human capital consulting.

Ali Brainard has a bachelor's degree in business management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Ali also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty.

Ali Brainard reports to Tom Connolly, Chief Human Resources Officer.
