Arushi Bhattacharya

Arushi Bhattacharya is a Vice President with Kingsley Gate Partners. With two decades of search experience, Arushi has developed an in-depth understanding of global cultures and relationship management. She built an impressive network of clients across geographies working with MNCs, Indian Conglomerates & start-ups. She has led and executed retained executive search assignments for challenging and high-impact C-level leadership positions in organizations across industry segments and functions. She considers advising new & existing clients both a goal & a privilege, being cognizant of the impact of her role on the leadership of an organization.

Prior to joining Kingsley Gate Partners, Arushi gained valuable entrepreneurial experience as a founder of Bluewater Consulting, executing on senior-level searches for notable & marquis names in the business across India and the Middle East. Previously, Arushi was an Associate Director with HVS, a well known US-based Hospitality consulting firm where she led its’s foray into the non-hospitality business in India, developing a substantial practice. Arushi has successfully closed several C-Suite searches across the development, real estate, oil & gas, media & entertainment, hospitality & healthcare sectors to name a few.

Arushi entered the executive search industry with Boyden, based in their New Delhi & Bangalore offices, where she developed her passion for the business. Arushi has also spent significant time with Executive Access in India, a leading Asian executive search firm.

Arushi is a gold medalist from the Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development, Pune, specializing in Human Resources. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University where she graduated with Honours.

Arushi is based in the firm’s New Delhi location.
