Cali Santa Maria is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate since March 2019, Cali previously held the role of Partner at The Caldwell Partners from July 2015 to February 2019 and served as a Partner and Principal at CTPartners from July 2007 to July 2015. Earlier career highlights include positions as Project Manager and Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles from 2004 to 2007 and 1997 to 2003, respectively, as well as leading exports at Backustrading from 1990 to 1997. Cali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Piura and obtained Hogan Assessment Certification in 2017.
