Chaitali Roy

Chaitali Roy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources and business operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director - Regional HR Business Partner at Kingsley Gate since June 2018, Chaitali provides HR guidance and support throughout the APAC region, focusing on policies, talent acquisition, and professional development. Prior roles include Project Manager & HR lead at Aon, where responsibilities encompassed executive support and compliance management, and Executive - Business Operations at Sumitomo Corporation Group, emphasizing administrative coordination and employee engagement. Chaitali has also held positions in operations and student relationship management at Plum and Roots Education Private Ltd. respectively.
