Matthew Kucirek

Matthew Kucirek currently serves as a Research Associate at Kingsley Gate, a global executive search firm, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Academic Coach at The Ed Ladder and as a Research Analyst at Bespoke Partners. Matthew's experience also includes positions as Knowledge Manager and Delivery Analyst at VizExplorer, as well as Pre-College Instructor at Kaplan, where an NPS score of 22 and an average teacher rating of 9.4 were achieved, ranking as the #2 Pre-College instructor in the greater San Diego area. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from UC San Diego, graduated in 2017.
