Philip Uranga is Vice President US Recruiting Operations at Kingsley Gate Partners. In this role, Philip is responsible for developing and mentoring the US recruiting team to support and meet the needs of Kingsley Gate Partners various client engagements.
Throughout his 15+ years as a recruiter, Philip has primarily focused on making placements within the financial services industry across functional responsibilities. His most recent experience has concentrated on helping clients within both traditional and alternative asset management make transformational hires in roles such as portfolio management, investment analysis, business development, relationship management and strategic marketing.
Prior to joining Kingsley Gate, Philip was a member of a highly successful asset management recruitment team within a global retained executive search and advisory firm focused on the financial services industry. Philip had also previously been instrumental in developing a successful business line geared toward the recruitment of sales and marketing professionals for a boutique alternative asset management search practice.
Philip earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from SUNY Stonybrook, and also attended the US Naval Academy from 1998 to 2002. Philip works out of the New York location.
