Kristopher Diemar currently serves as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Kingsmill Resort since November 2023. Previously held the position of COO for Draksha, overseeing Otium Cellars, Tranquility Luxury Event Farm, and West End Wine Bar from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Lansdowne Resort and Spa (January 2019 - January 2021) and Vice President of Retail Operations at Thompson Hospitality (January 2017 - January 2019), managing various restaurant brands. Kristopher co-owned and co-founded Pitmaster Hospitality, launching Smokehouse Live in 2015, and worked as Regional Director for Alicart from 2010 to 2015. Earlier experience includes directing operations for the Starr Restaurant Organization and Phillips Seafood, as well as serving as Managing Partner at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine and Regional Manager at Capital Restaurant Concepts. Kristopher earned a degree from Radford University between 1990 and 1995.
