Mark Florimonte C.E.C. is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Kingsmill Resort since June 2022, Mark also holds the position of Campus Executive for Sodexo at the College of William and Mary since April 2020. Previous roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Waterside Marriott, overseeing extensive operations in both historic and high-capacity venues, and managing all culinary functions at Colonial Williamsburg. Mark's career began as Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef at prestigious establishments, including Marriott International and J.W. Marriott Atlanta, and included ownership of an Italian restaurant and deli, FLORIMONTES. Mark holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
