Brian Dennis, CEC, is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Country Club of Landfall since April 2016, Brian previously held the same position at The Country Club at Castle Pines from December 2010 to March 2016. Prior to that, Brian worked as Sous Chef at Cherry Hills Country Club and Red Rocks Country Club. Additional experience includes Chef de Cuisine at Pinehurst Country Club and Executive Chef at Simms Street Seafood & Steakhouse. Brian began his culinary journey as Lead Cook at COUNTRY CLUB OF THE SOUTH. Brian holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institute of Atlanta, earned between 1997 and 1999.
