Lina Lin

Lina Lin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lina is currently working as the Director of Global Procurement - Chemicals at Kingspan Global since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Celanese from March 2018 to April 2022, where they held the position of Director of Strategic Sourcing. In this role, they managed a raw material sourcing team for the Acetyls Chain business and was responsible for driving productivity and savings, managing a team of Category Managers, and establishing business partnerships. Before Celanese, they worked at ICL Group as a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager from March 2015 to February 2018, managing a complex portfolio of raw material spending. Lina also has experience working at Philips as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Marketing Intelligence from May 2011 to February 2015, where they were involved in new strategy making and led the marketing intelligence function in the EMEA region. Additionally, they have worked at DSM from January 2008 to December 2009, where they served as an Account Manager for eBusiness and later as a Business Development Manager, responsible for sales revenue and building international networks. Their early career includes roles at Unilever, where they worked as a Sensory Evaluation Assistant and completed an internship. Throughout their career, Lina has demonstrated expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, marketing intelligence, and business development.

Lina Lin completed a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry from Fudan University in 2000.
