Paul Gaskell

Paul Gaskell is an experienced operations and process management professional with over two decades in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Kingspan Insulated Panels since October 2011, Paul oversees all operational activities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Previous roles include Process Manager at Gerflor, where Paul was part of the Senior Management team, and Senior Process Engineering Leader at Cadbury plc., responsible for the successful start-up of the Cadbury Gum Base Facility. Earlier in their career, Paul held positions as Engineering Manager at APW and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Gateway, specializing in engineering management and process design. Paul holds a BSc Honours Degree in Process Technology from Teesside University.
