Stefan Teufer

Stefan has worked in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank for over twenty years advising companies on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, IPOs and spin-offs as well as financing transactions.

He established longstanding relationships with Dax and MDax clients as well as selected large private groups and family office clients and was responsible for the overall bank relationship. Stefan advised his clients on inter alia strategic topics, M&A as well as capital markets/ investor communication.

As Head of Relationship Management in Germany he advised and managed the German client relationships of the management board members of Deutsche Bank.

Since leaving DB, Stefan is a Senior Advisor to start-up companies working on strategy, funding, financing and investor communication. He also continues to advise clients on capital markets/ M&A topics.

Stefan studied business administration and economics and holds a PhD from Mannheim University.
