Deo Narayan

Deo Narayan currently serves as an Overdose Prevention Support Worker at Kingston Community Health Centres, focusing on harm reduction and overdose response for individuals using substances. As a key member of the Queen's Hyperloop Design Team, Deo has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of EDIIA and Outreach, Sponsorship Director, and Sponsorship Coordinator since November 2021. Additionally, Deo co-founded and co-chairs the Queen's Association of Health Technology (QAHT) and has experience as a Student Supervisor at Queen's University and a Pharmacy Assistant at Shoppers Drug Mart, where responsibilities included patient engagement regarding COVID testing and vaccinations. Prior roles include serving as a First Year Representative with the Queen's Mental Health Initiative, a Merchandiser at Food Basics, and a SHAD Fellow. Deo is pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences at Queen's University, expected to graduate in April 2025.
