Andrew Lacelle

Andrew Lacelle is a dedicated research assistant at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, contributing to the Can-SCAHn Multicentre Study under Dr. Kerstin de Wit, focusing on data validation related to traumatic brain injury. As an undergraduate researcher at Queen's University in Dr. Sarah Dick's lab, Andrew is investigating the effects of IGF1 on muscle regeneration and participating in optimizing genotyping techniques. Andrew also holds leadership roles in various organizations, including Vice President Operations for the Queen's University Exploring Medicine Association, where responsibilities include event planning and team supervision, and as Research Coordinator for CUCOH, managing innovative research presentations. Additional experience includes early childhood education, library assistance, and customer service roles, all couched within a strong academic foundation in Life Sciences from Queen's University.
