Mitchell Sallans

Mitchell Sallans is an experienced professional in the field of healthcare and behavioral psychology. Currently serving as a Behavioural Science Technician at Kingston Health Sciences Centre since September 2023, Mitchell previously completed a placement at Trellis HIV & Community Care and worked as a Nutrition Assistant at Kingston General Hospital for over four years, where responsibilities included taking patient meal orders in accordance with dietary restrictions. Additional experience includes placements at KEYS Job and Learning Centre and in an elementary school setting, performing functional behavior assessments and assisting students in various subjects. Mitchell also has a background in management from a role as Swing Manager at McDonald's Corporation. Educationally, Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology, both from St. Lawrence College.
