Colleen Warrellow

Colleen Warrellow has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Colleen started their career as a Manager of Human Resources and Staff Development at Alberta Hospital Ponoka, where they were responsible for HR operations, training, and development. Colleen then moved to Agrium, where they served as a Change Management Advisor, developing and implementing change management programs. Following this, Colleen joined Devon Energy as the Leader of Human Resources for Canada, leading various HR functions including talent management and organization development. Colleen later worked as a Director of Human Resources at Grizzly Oil Sands ULC, where they played a key role in the development and execution of strategic business plans. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at their own company, Colleen Warrellow Inc. Colleen has also held roles as Director of People at WorleyParsons and Vice President of Human Resources at Kingston Midstream. Throughout their career, Colleen has contributed to the design and implementation of training programs, goal-setting processes, and performance management systems.
