Kim Demarre

Kim DeMarre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kim was most recently the Director of Client Project Management at The Kingstree Group, a Workers' Compensation Case Management Company. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant, where they designed and implemented workforce management solutions for a Medicaid Managed Care Company and a Bank/Trust Company.

Kim also has extensive experience in contact center operations. Kim served as the VP of Site Operations at Telerx, where they exceeded customer Key Performance Indicator expectations and managed a team of 150+ employees across multiple sites. Kim also worked as the Vice President of Teleservices at MediMedia Health, where they led all aspects of multichannel operations for clients in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Before transitioning into the contact center industry, Kim worked as an independent contractor/consultant at Intelli-Source Solutions, providing project management services to a Medicare third-party administrator. Kim also held various management positions at Amerihealth Mercy Family of Companies, Claims Administration Corporation, and CNA Health Partners.

At AT&T American Transtech (now Convergys Inc.), Kim held multiple management positions, including Client Sales and Support Team, Force and Asset Manager.

Overall, Kim DeMarre has extensive experience in project management, contact center operations, and client service, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations and achieving goals in each role they have held.

Kim DeMarre attended Florida State College at Jacksonville from 1982 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business but did not ultimately graduate or receive a degree.
