Kim DeMarre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kim was most recently the Director of Client Project Management at The Kingstree Group, a Workers' Compensation Case Management Company. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant, where they designed and implemented workforce management solutions for a Medicaid Managed Care Company and a Bank/Trust Company.

Kim also has extensive experience in contact center operations. Kim also held various management positions at Amerihealth Mercy Family of Companies, Claims Administration Corporation, and CNA Health Partners.

At AT&T American Transtech (now Convergys Inc.), Kim held multiple management positions, including Client Sales and Support Team, Force and Asset Manager.

Kim DeMarre attended Florida State College at Jacksonville from 1982 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business but did not ultimately graduate or receive a degree.
